Our Engineers are available to call at any time you have a problem, or even just an I.T. question. You can also call individual engineers on their mobiles which are on 24/7


Remote Support

When telephone support won't resolve the problem we can employ a remote login agent to control the problem machine directly to resolve the issue.


On-site Support

When all else fails we will travel directly to site to assess and resolve the situation for you.

BASIC (FREE)

Our Basic support plan offers regular health checks whilst your machine is running, alerting our support team of issues as soon as they occur. This optimises our reaction time, giving an exceptional level of service.

STANDARD

Our Standard support plan offers remote patch management in addition to the Basic plan daily health checks. Plus our engineers will visit your site quarterly to carry out housekeeping tasks. We also include unlimited telephone & remote support for your machine problems in addition to unlimited on and offsite engineer support for hardware, Microsoft Office and Operating System issues.

PREMIUM & PREMIUM PLUS

Our Premium support plan offers everything in the Standard plan with extra workstation and server anti virus software updates. Our engineers will also now repair any virus damage to your covered machines at no additional fee. Premium plus is a personalised plan covering every element of IT labour for a client.
